The title is taken from a line in my father’s diary. This installation focuses on the transformation of memory into sculptural forms. By assembling ordinary objects and materials from my father’s estate, I construct a desk-based archival field of intimate, miniature monuments that merge into a single landscape. At a time when public space is filled with makeshift memorials, these small-scale assemblages offer an inward perspective that responds to them, proposing an alternative view of memorial culture.
